If you engage J6Integrated for consulting services:

  • All services will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work
  • We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill
  • We may subcontract portions of the services with your prior written consent
  • You agree to provide timely access to necessary information, personnel, and resources

5. Software Products and Services

For any software products or services we provide:

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software in accordance with the documentation
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on our software
  • You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the software

6. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • Payment terms will be specified in your agreement or invoice
  • We reserve the right to change our prices with reasonable notice
  • Unpaid accounts may be suspended until payment is received

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall J6Integrated, LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information

Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of $500 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless J6Integrated, LLC and its licensees, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
